This policy explains what information Ajar Houses collects through ajarhouses.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Ajar Houses is operated by ParkPoint Group LLC (“Ajar Houses,” “we” or “us”).

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send the form on our site, you give us your first name, your phone number or email address, the ZIP code of the house and the situation you choose. If you call, text or email us, we keep what you tell us, such as the address and condition of the house, and the messages themselves.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and our service providers record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you view. When you send the form, we also record the page you sent it from, the page that brought you to our site and any campaign tags in the link you followed, such as utm_source.

Your consent to calls and texts. If you agree to be called or texted, we record that you agreed, when you agreed and the exact wording you agreed to.

How we use your information

• To reply to your request and talk with you about your house
• To prepare a written offer if you ask for one, and to complete a sale
• To call or text you, only if you agreed
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to our site
• To keep the site secure, stop spam and meet our legal obligations

How we share your information

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting, form processing, email, spreadsheets and phone or text messaging. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
• Companies involved in a sale you agree to, such as a title company or closing attorney, when they need it to complete the sale.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

If our business is reorganized or sold, the new owner may receive this information and must follow this policy.

Phone numbers and text messaging consent. We don’t sell or share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all the sharing described above, and we don’t share them with any third parties.

Our site keeps campaign tags, such as utm_source, in your browser while you visit, so we know which campaign brought you if you send the form. They’re deleted when you close the tab.

Our hosting and security providers may set cookies the site needs to work and to protect it.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site today. If we start, we’ll update this policy first.

Our site doesn’t respond to Do Not Track signals. We don’t track you across other websites, and we don’t let advertising or analytics companies use our site to collect information about your activity over time and across other websites.

How long we keep information

We keep information about a request for as long as we need it to talk with you. If we buy your house, we keep the records the law requires. If we don’t do business together, we delete your information within two years of our last contact.

How we protect information

Only the people on our team who need your information can see it. Our site uses encrypted connections, and we choose service providers that protect the data they handle. No system is completely secure, so we can’t promise that information will never be accessed without permission.

Your choices

Calls and texts. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. You can also ask us to stop calling or emailing you.

Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email info [at] ajarhouses.com or call 215-440-6622. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we’ll reply within 45 days.

We don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there’s nothing to opt out of.

Children

Our site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If the changes are significant, we’ll also put a notice on our home page before they take effect.
